Legal Disclaimer

  • Assumption of Risk: Pursuant to Nevada common law and premises liability standards, the ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the actual event. This includes risks of personal injury or property damage.

  • Limitation of Liability: In accordance with NRS 41.510, the owner, lessee, or occupant of the premises does not extend any assurance that the premises are safe for recreational purposes or assume responsibility for injury to person or property caused by any act of persons to whom permission is granted, except in cases of willful or malicious failure to guard against a dangerous condition.

  • Media Release: By attending, you consent to the recording of your likeness. You grant the organizer an irrevocable license to use such media for any purpose consistent with Nevada's right of publicity laws.

Terms & Conditions

  • Upfront Pricing Disclosure: In compliance with NRS 598.39795, the total amount to be charged for the ticket, including all mandatory fees and service charges, must be disclosed to the purchaser before the transaction is completed.

  • Live Entertainment Tax (LET): All tickets for admission to a facility where live entertainment is provided must clearly show the admission charge on its face, or the seller must prominently display a notice disclosing the admission charge at the box office.

  • Ticket Delivery: All tickets shall be provide digitally.

  • Revocable License: Each ticket is a revocable license. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or who fails to comply with these terms or venue rules. 

Refund Policy

  • Event Cancellation: In the event of a total cancellation of the live entertainment event, the ticket provider shall provide a full refund of the ticket price, including all applicable fees and governmental charges.

  • Refund Timeline: Pursuant to Nevada's consumer protection standards, refunds for cancelled events must be provided to the purchaser no later than 30 days after the sponsor of the event notifies the public of the cancellation.

  • Rescheduled Events: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, original tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds for rescheduled events are at the sole discretion of the organizer unless otherwise required by Nevada law.

  • No "Change of Mind" Refunds: Unless required by specific consumer protection statutes, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for "change of mind," personal conflicts, or failure to attend.
